During low tide, its tentacles retreat into its body cavity so that it looks like a blob of jelly.
退潮時，牠的觸手縮回身體內，看起來像一團果凍
Its ring of the tentacles (oral discs) form a conspicuous white chequered pattern and hence its English name Banded Bead Anemone.
牠的口盤邊緣(襟部)有特化的疣粒，因此得名
